How can I place an order with digitalstreet.nl?

ANSWER:
There are different ways to place an order with digitalstreet.nl. You can place orders on our website, by email and by fax. Of course you can also contact our customer service representatives who are happy to answer all your questions concerning your order. PLEASE NOTE: All orders that are supposed to be paid by advance payment, need to be placed on our website, because a specific payment mark is linked to your order. After placing your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation by email. This email contains all necessary payment information.

2. QUESTION:
How can I change or cancel my order?

ANSWER:
All orders are processed automatically within our system. If you need to change or cancel your order, we ask you to reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible. Please type Ďalterationí or Ďcancellationí in the subject line. The order number has to remain in the subject line. In the email itself, you can state your wishes concerning changes or cancellations.

How can I pay for my purchase?

ANSWER:
When placing your order, please indicate that your order needs to be shipped internationally. You can choose to either pay for your purchase by advance payment by international bank transfer, or pay for your purchase with credit card. Please consult the delivery & payment section on our website for further information.

ANSWER:
You can transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account number 61 09 91 949 at ABN-AMRO BANK, addressed to digitalstreet.nl. The IBAN number is NL90ABNA0610991949 and the SWIFT/BIC code is ABNANL2A.

Donít forget to mention your order number in the transfer. You can find the order number in the order confirmation you have received by email.

What are the shipping costs?

ANSWER: Shipping costs are calculated for each product and depend on size and weight of the product. In the specifications of each product you may find the shipping costs for different ship methods. This file tab is shown under the specifications of the product. When ordering more than one product, the shipping costs of the largest ordered product will be charged. The total shipping costs will be shown in the final overview of your order. top

How is my order shipped?

ANSWER:
Your package will be sent by registered mail with UPS/DHL Service, including a value declaration. Once sent, you will receive an email including a tracking number that enables you to track the status.

How is the delivery process managed when Iím not at home?

ANSWER:
The UPS/DHL courier will deliver your package to the address you have provided. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the courier will try delivery again the following day. If you are not present to receive the package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your shipment.

Unfortunately, our prices are not negotiable. The prices mentioned on our website are fixed prices. We already work with low profit margins, which makes it impossible for us to reduce our prices any further.

All our products are completely new and unused. We donít have any second-hand products in our assortment. You are the first user of the camera you have purchased. The cameras are delivered with the standard accessories mentioned on our site. We try to show you as much as possible of the product by placing an image. Is there a warranty on your products?

ANSWER:
There is a standard manufacturerís warranty on all or products, valid for two year from date of purchase. For a detailed description of our warranty regulations, please read the warranty section of our website.

Is it possible to extend the warranty of a product?

ANSWER:
Yes, it is possible to extend the products if this option is stated on our website. You can choose whether to extend the warranty for one, two or three years. Of course this option extends the standard two-year manufacturerís warranty that is valid for each product. The warranty extension is an addition to the manufacturerís warranty for your valuable purchases. However, the warranty extension should not be mistaken for an insurance against falls, jolts, water or sand damage, etc.

I donít like the product. Can I return it?

ANSWER:
You may dissolve the agreement without stating reasons within 14 days, starting the day after the ordered products have been received. All products we can deliver are mentioned on our website. If you cannot find a certain product, we unfortunately donít have it in our assortment. Of course, you can always contact our customer service representatives to inform whether a product can be delivered on special order.

Do you repair products?

We donít repair products ourselves. However, if you have purchased a product at digitalstreet.nl, we will have the product repaired by the manufacturer.

We do accept credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) for all products you purchase on digitalstreet.nl. PLEASE NOTE: for credit card payments we charge 3% provision.

Can I, as an international business, buy products without paying VAT?

ANSWER:
When placing an order, it is possible to mention your VAT number in the remarks section. You also need to state the legal form of your business. The Dutch tax authorities will then control your VAT number. Only if we receive a positive answer from the tax authorities, we will send you an adjusted pro forma invoice excluding VAT to your email address. Once the payment is credited to our account, we will ship your order. PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries excluding VAT are only processed when the invoice is settled by advance payment with international bank transfer.
