Nevertheless, it could be that you happen to have a complaint.
In case you have a complaint concerning your purchase, the shipping, our service, or in case you have a simple suggestion, please let us know immediately, using this FORM
. Our staff carefully examines your complaint or suggestion and will reply within 24 hours.

Of course we would also like to know when you are satisfied with our services. You are welcome to send us an email sharing your positive experiences.
For transportation of your orders, we cooperate with UPS. All our shipments are sent by registered mail and with value declaration. This way, all shipments are insured against damage, loss, theft, etc.
The following procedure is put into action in case your package is damaged, has not been delivered or is lost by UPS:
- You fill in this FORM
including your complaint and the tracking number of your shipment.
- You will receive a confirmation from us that your complaint has been received and will be processed.
- We contact UPS to start a claim settlement procedure.
- Once we have received notice from UPS that the claim settlement procedure has been completed, you will either receive a new shipment or a repayment of the purchase.
